ArtCity Online Painting Contest – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   1. The ArtCity Online Painting Contest is open to artists of all skill levels and ages.
   2. Employees and immediate family members of ArtCity and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
2. Submission Guidelines:
   1. All submissions must be original works of art created by the participant.
   2. Each participant can submit only one to eight Artwork.
   3. Entries must be submitted digitally through the official Submission Email Address ( artscity@zohomail.in )
   4. Submitted artwork should be in compliance with the provided specifications and formats.
3. Intellectual Property:
   1. By participating, participants grant ArtCity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted artwork for promotional purposes related to the contest.
4. Judging and Winners:
   1. ArtCity will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate the entries based on creativity, originality, technique, and adherence to the contest theme.
   2. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
   3. Winners will be notified via What’s app from Artcity team and announced on the official contest Instagram Page ( artcitycontests ).
5. Refund Policy:
   1. All entry fees for the ArtCity Online Painting Contest are non-refundable.
   2. In the event that the contest is canceled or postponed by ArtCity, participants will have the option to receive a full refund of their entry fee or apply it to the rescheduled contest.
6. Shipping Charges:
   1. Participants are responsible for any shipping charges associated with the delivery of physical artworks for the final round of judging (if applicable).
   2. ArtCity will not cover any shipping costs for the delivery of artworks to and from the participants.
   3. Participants are advised to properly package their artworks to ensure safe transportation.
7. Disqualification:
   1. ArtCity reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the terms and conditions, including but not limited to submitting copyrighted or plagiarized content.
   2. Participants found to be engaging in any form of cheating or unfair practices will be disqualified.
8. Changes to Terms:
   1. ArtCity reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   2. Participants are advised to review the terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.

By participating in the ArtCity Online Painting Contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
